Miley Cyrus was spotted at Fontainebleau Resort on Miami Beach sunbathing by the pool showing off what appears to be a tattoo!

After wrapping up her Wonder World tour just the night before, Miley Cyrus, 17, was lounging at a resort in Miami Beach, FL. where it looks as though she has a tattoo below her left breast. Although it is unclear if it’s a permanent one or just a temporary one that can be removed by soap and water.

A Chicago man was arrested in the ESPN reporter Erin Andrews nude peephole video case and pleads not guilty to peeping tom charges!

Michael David Barrett, 47, of Westmont, Ill. is “as regular a guy as you’ll ever meet”, says neighbors and friends, but this regular guy is said to be the mastermind behind the infamous Erin Andrews nude video tapes.

Senator John Kerry’s daughter, Alexandra, was arrested on Tuesday for suspicion of driving under the influence!

Alexandra Kerry, 36, the daughter of John Kerry who is the senator of Massachusetts was arrested early Tuesday morning for suspicion of DUI!

Police records show that Kerry was arrested shortly after midnight on Tuesday November 17, where likely Alexandra Kerry’s mug shot was taken and was released on a $5,000 bail at 5:25 am.

TLC (The Learning Channel) is suing Jon Gosselin  for breach of contract, so Jon Gosselin is fighting back by counter suing TLC!

Jon Gosselin from the hit show ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8′ is counter suing The  Learning Channel who produced the show, alleging that they violated child labor laws and created an unfair contract that forbade him from other public appearances or endorsements. Gosselin’s lawyer is  arguing that the contract Jon and Kate signed when they first started doing the show was “against Public Policy, unenforceable, null and void.” Jon and Kate had initially agreed to get only $2,000 per episode probably because the two had no lawyers or manager at the time they signed on.

Championship boxer Mike Tyson, 43, was booked by the LAPD yesterday (Nov. 11) for allegedly punching a photographer, Tony Echevarria, 50, who took his picture.

Mike Tyson allegedly punches the photographer for taking his picture at the Las Angeles International Airport and was jailed on a $20,000 bond but was released that evening. Echevarria was taken to a nearby hospital to receive treatment for a cut on his forehead.

Tyson has been on probation in Arizona since November 2007 after being convicted of D.U.I. and drug possession. It is unclear if the incident will violate the terms of his three-year probation sentence.

A publicist for Mike Tyson later stated that Tyson was only protecting his wife and child.
