According to reports, it seems the actress/singer Lindsay Lohan may be looking to file a restraining order against her father, Michael Lohan. Reportedly Lindsay may be filing the restraining order in as little as two days.

Pop singer and actress Lindsay Lohan got a little upset at Facebook and ranted on her MySpace page about how much Facebook sucks and that Samantha Ronson and her are NOT breaking up. She’s currently upset because they deleted her private account on Facebook and they thought La Lohan was an imposter profile.

Reportedly Lindsay Lohan is working her third album which is stated to possibly be titled “Nobody’s Angel” which hasn’t been officially confirmed.

According to Page Six an insider from Universal Music Group stated the following…

“She’s only recording because of a contractual obligation to Universal,” which released her second album. Another insider insisted, “Lindsay always planned to release a third album.”

As part of Lindsay Lohan’s plea deal for her two DUI cases (two counts of cocaine possession and fleeing the scene of an accident) Lindsay Lohan turned herself in to authorities on this past Thurdsay to serve her minimum 24-hour jail sentence.

Lindsay turned herself in at 10:30 a.m., and was released at 11:54 a.m. The jail has a long-standing policy of releasing non-violent offenders early due to overcrowding. “Ms. Lohan was cooperative,” sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore tells PEOPLE. “She was fingerprinted, photographed, and put in a holding cell, but was let go due to our early release policy.”

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly entered the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol rehab center in Sundance, Utah.

Reportedly, Lindsay arrived over the weekend to start an “intense rehabilitation program that is expected to last a minimum of 30 days.” The Insider reports:

The Lodge was named by Town & Country magazine to be one of the country’s top rehabs. For a price tag of $30,000 and up, the rehab offers privacy — with rooms for 16 residents at a time. Rooms boast spectacular views, Jacuzzi tubs and private fireplaces, and stars such as Mary-Kate Olsen and David Hasselhoff have reportedly sought treatment there.

According to reports Lindsay Lohan is facing another lawsuit from an accident that occurred in April of 2006.

The star allegedly struck a Los Angeles woman named Signe Dupuy from behind. The woman filed her lawsuit in small claims court asking for $7,500 in damages in which she states that the actress and her bodyguard hit her car.
