Nicole Richie and Joel Madden Sets Wedding Date?
Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are expected to be getting hitched on October 13th, 2007 in Laguna, California according to TMZ. Reportedly, The Wedding Fairy, an Orange County area wedding planner, will be putting the ceremony together for the two.
Nicole Richie Request To Serve Her Time At Paris’ Old Prison
Looks like a pregnant Nicole Richie has requested to serve her four day jail sentence to get over with it. The star reportedly is at the same place that Paris Hilton spent prison at.
Spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Steve Whitmore said: “(Richie’s) attorney contacted us and indicated she wants to do her time there.”
But he was unable to clarify whether Richie, who is four months pregnant, would be placed in a medical ward or not, saying: “That’s all determined by our medical staff upon her arrival.”
Reports state that Nicole Richie had the opportunity to do her time at a private facility but wanted to do it at Lynwood because of the overcrowding and having the chance of getting in late and leaving early.
Nicole Richie Chats With Diane Sawyer About Pregnancy Rumor
During an interview with Diane Sawyer on 20/20, Nicole Richie the adopted daughter of musician Lionel Richie, announced she’s currently four months pregnant with her first child. Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden, boyfriend and father of her unborn child sat with her during the interview.
“Yes, I am. We are. I’m almost four months,” Richie told Sawyer.

Nicole Richie Ordered To Spend Four Days In Jail
Well looks like Nicole Richie, 25, has gotten off with a easy sentence by be ordered to four days in jail and fined $2,048 by a judge who said she was lucky nobody was killed when she drove the wrong way on a freeway. The star plead guilty Friday morning. Guess being pregnant helped.
Right now, Paris is probably a little angry after being sentenced to 45 days and being convicted for a suspended license. Probably not.
The star was also given three years of probably by Superior Court Commissioner Steven K. Lubell who warned that she would go to jail for a year if she violates it. Harsh!

Judge Gives Nicole Richie A Break On DUI Case
According to TMZ, the commissioner for Richie’s DUI case granted a continuance, pushing her next court date back to August 16. This time the star will have to appear in court due to the judge ordering her to do so.
Nicole Richie’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, reportedly requested an extension to bring in an expert witness who is currently on vacation. Dr. Terence McGee is expected challenge the results of Nicole’s drug test. What more can he tell the court?
