Accused of child molestation, America’s Best Dance Crew panel judge and choreographer Shane Sparks went into court January 13. Shane Sparks was arrested on last month and charge with 8 counts of child molestation for incidents which allegedly started in 1994 and continued for several years.

TLC (The Learning Channel) is suing Jon Gosselin  for breach of contract, so Jon Gosselin is fighting back by counter suing TLC!

Jon Gosselin from the hit show ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8′ is counter suing The  Learning Channel who produced the show, alleging that they violated child labor laws and created an unfair contract that forbade him from other public appearances or endorsements. Gosselin’s lawyer is  arguing that the contract Jon and Kate signed when they first started doing the show was “against Public Policy, unenforceable, null and void.” Jon and Kate had initially agreed to get only $2,000 per episode probably because the two had no lawyers or manager at the time they signed on.

Lou Dobbs began his show last night (November 11) with the announcement that he’s leaving CNN!

After 30 years of being a managing editor and news anchor for CNN, Lou Dobbs of ‘Lou Dobbs Tonight’ says he is leaving the network immediately but hasn’t said where he will be going.

Dobbs says, “For the past six months it has become increasingly clear that strong winds of change have begun buffeting this country and affecting all of us!”

Taylor Swift has been named  Saturday Night Lives’ best host of the season, imitating Kate Gosselin of Jon and Kate Plus 8 and even making fun of Kanye West.

Swift started the show off by playing her guitar and singing “Monologue Song (La, La, La),” whose lyrics touched  on  the highly anticipated Kanye West jokes, as well  as talking much crap about Swift dates Taylor Lautner and Joe Jonas.

In a parody typically pungent of  The View, Swift is seen wearing a wig and acting as Kate Gosselin. Later in the show, Swift appears in a Public Service Announcement wearing braces joking about the texting while driving law that has been in the news for the last few months.

All in all Swift looked like she was having fun and helped other cast members with the punch lines!  The Kanye West diss is so funny, watch the clip.

The singing sensation Susan Boyle, 48, most known as the contestant on Britain’s Got Talent, singing “I Dreamed a Dream” from Les Misérables, is now set to appear on the celebrity television dance competition ‘Dancing With The Stars.’ Susan Boyle became an instant hit after an audition of hers made its way on YouTube which prompted her fame in America and multiple requests to appear on a string of morning TV shows.
